__What is the CVSA International Roadcheck?
__The CVSA International Roadcheck is the world’s largest targeted enforcement program on motor vehicles, with nearly 15 trucks and motorcoaches inspected, on average, every minute across North America.
__It is an annual three-day event where CVSA-certified inspectors conduct compliance, enforcement and educational initiatives targeted at various elements of motor carrier, vehicle and driver safety.

__What is this year’s vehicle focus?
__Taking place May 13-15, the CVSA International Roadcheck 2025's vehicle focus is tires. Proper tire maintenance is critical to the safety of your truck. Tire failure while in transit can cause significant delays, expensive repairs and is a hazard to all motorists. Keeping your tires in good condition and replacing them when necessary is key to your safety and success.
__What do inspectors look for at the CVSA International Roadcheck?
__During the tire inspection of a commercial motor vehicle, the inspector will look for:
- __Low tread depth
- __Audible air leaks
- __Flat tires
- __Belt material or casing ply exposed in the tread or sidewall
- __Tread or sidewall separation
- __Bulges in the sidewall
- __Improper repairs, such as rubber-coated plugs in the sidewall
- __Items lodged between dual tires
